This database will be continously expanded and updated to contain hepatitis virus-specific epitopes. At the moment, we have composed an easy-to-use list of HCV- and HDV-specific CD8+ T cell epitopes. We have included epitopes with known HLA class I restriction that are fine-mapped to a reasonable length (usually 8-10-mers). In order to allow easy sorting and filtering, data is presented in excel files that can be downloaded and further processed. Please keep in mind that this is a yet uncorrected beta version. Suggestions and corrections are welcome.
